HM Treasury has finally responded in writing to a question put by this blog author some time ago as to the status of decisions on equivalence, which are required under the Overseas Funds Regime legislation that was passed into law earlier in 2021. Unfortunately, no decisions have yet been taken, which means this route to the UK market remains jammed.
