JOHN MORGAN
Managing Director
John has had three related careers – journalism,corporate communications and PR consultancy. He has worked across politics, financial services and asset management, including the most senior communications roles at Skandia Investment Group, Legal & General Group Plc and National Westminster Bank.
Up to and through the founding of Fortuna Asset Management Communications Ltd., he has advised everyone from c-suite level executives to junior managers on their communication requirements with a never-ending focus of having the media and the end customer in mind.

SAM SHELTON
Director of Media Relations and Video
Sam is a media relations specialist with extensive experience in asset management/financial services. He has a proven track record of generating media coverage for clients in both the retail and institutional space in trade magazines and national media such as CNBC, Bloomberg, the Financial Times, Reuters, Barron’s and Forbes, to name a few.
Sam has helped boutique asset managers, crypto hedge funds, Fintech firms and more prominent players enhance their global media reputations. He holds the CIPR Advanced Certificate in Public Relations and the CFA Investment Foundations Certificate. He's also a professional musician and video content creator, working with video clients such as Funds Europe, Calastone, Northern Trust, Oracle Financial Services and Jersey Finance.

JONATHAN BOYD
Director of Media Relations and Editorial
Jonathan is responsible for PR, communications and editorial services on behalf of clients, which he has helped place in outlets such as L’Agefi, BBC Radio, Bolsamania, Bloomberg, CityAM, Citywire, ESG Clarity, FT Adviser, International Investment, IPE, Opalesque, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal, The Wall Street Transcript and Wealth Briefing.
Jonathan provides white label investment writing services to clients, alongside scripting and fronting video interviews on behalf of video clients. To this he brings over 20 years of B2B publishing experience, delivering content across digital, print and events platforms in the asset management industry across the UK and Europe for both buy and sell sides. Additionally, he has five years of corporate and public affairs editorial experience across Japan, Australia, and Canada. Bilingual (English/Swedish). MA International Relations, MJ Journalism, and has Unit 1 of the IMC.
ALISON MORGAN
Director
Alison started as a programme planner in the independent television industry, which led to an interest in communications, in turn leading to a foray in academia at the School of Journalism Studies, Cardiff.
Following a period focused on bringing up a family, Alison looked to make a contribution to Fortuna, where she has utilised planning skills to address the financial aspects of the business.
MÓNICA VOLPIN
PR Coordinator and Web Advisor
Monica has been working with Fortuna for the last seven years, focused on the marketing, website development and social media requirements of both Fortuna AMC and its clients. She helps coordinate complex experiences between Fortuna's clients and their audiences. She is responsible for processing media coverage reports on behalf of clients, and leads development on solutions in response to other types of client reports requested.
Beyond asset management clients, Monica also works to faciliate the online presence of a group of independent local politicians in the Mole Valley region of Southern England, and supports the secretariate work of the Anglo Chilean Society, a UK registered charity supporting relations between the two countries.
Monica is a Chilean national and is a PADI registered divemaster.
