Ranmore Launches Distribution Share Class for its flagship Ranmore Global Equity Fund

London, 7 July 2025 – Ranmore Fund Management, the global equity value manager, has launched a distribution share class for its flagship Ranmore Global Equity Fund, aimed at institutional investors seeking bi-annual income payments.

The launch responds to rising demand from discretionary managers looking for income from their equity exposure. The new share class pays out the underlying dividends to investors rather than reinvesting the dividends back in the fund.

The distribution share class is to be registered under HMRC’s Reporting Funds regime, ensuring clear and tax-efficient income reporting for UK-based investors.

A minimum investment of £10 million applies to institutional and ultra-high-net-worth investors. To broaden access, the share class will also be made available through investment platforms at a lower entry point.

Sean Peche, Portfolio Manager at Ranmore, commented:
"The introduction of a GBP distribution share class is a natural step for the Ranmore Global Equity Fund. Many investors today want both capital growth and a steady income stream. This offering allows us to better meet those needs without compromising on our investment philosophy.”

The Morningstar Rating is an assessment of a fund’s past performance – based on both return and risk – which shows how similar investments compare with their competitors. A high rating alone is insufficient basis for an investment decision. For each fund with at least a three-year history, Morningstar calculates a Morningstar Rating based on a Morningstar Risk- Adjusted Return measure that accounts for variation in a fund’s monthly performance (including the effects of sales charges, lo ads and redemption fees), placing more emphasis on downward variations and rewarding consistent performance. The top 10% of funds in each category receive 5 stars, the next 22.5% receive 4 stars, the next 35% receive 3 stars, the next 22.5% receive 2 stars and the bottom 10% receive 1 star. The Overall Morningstar Rating for a fund is derived from a weighted average of the performance figures associated with its three-, five- and 10-year (if applicable) Morningstar Rating metrics.
