So far, the direction of travel of people in the financial services sector seems to have been one way: out of rather than into the UK. So what is the UK doing to encourage Europeans to seek out work in the sector? Unfortunately, a review of the visa requirements for this 'people industry' suggests that there are more hurdles than honey traps.
