FS Bill heads to Lords

The past two weeks have seen continued developments in Parliament set to influence how foreign funds access the UK market.

The UK Parliament's lower chamber, the House of Commons, passed the third reading of the Financial Services Bill 2019-21, which will effect the implementation of the Overseas Funds Regime into law. Now it has passed into the hands of the upper chamber, the House of Lords.
