Mapfre and Swiss life add Madrid and Paris properties to joint portfolio

MAPFRE and Swiss Life have agreed to transfer two properties to their jointly held real estate funds.

The properties have a combined value of almost €140 million taking MAPFRE’s real estate assets in funds to more than €1 billion.
