Parliamentarians poised to return to work on 12 April after the Easter recess face the tricky task of deciding how much business to postpone as the UK moves to observe a period of national mourning for HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, whose death was announced on 9 April. The Queen could be out of action regarding official duties for up to 38 days, putting a squeeze on government plans to push through legislation post Brexit.
