Anglo–French Structured Product Specialist Hilbert has appointed two new members to work as part of their ‘industry leaders’ consultancy board. The new additions include Hein Donders of the French IFA firm Olifan Group and Andia Shtepani of Mazars, Luxembourg.
The board is currently working to improve on the quality of Hilbert’s products and reposition the business in both the French and Luxembourg markets.
Olifan has over 5,000 clients and was formed in 2014 from a merger of nine financial advisory firms – it has 55 employees.
Mazars is an international, integrated, and independent financial consultancy organisation, specialising in audit, accounting, tax, and outsourcing. The firm develop companies from all industry sectors throughout the pivotal stages of growth.
“Hilbert’s advisory board is an unrivalled team of highly experienced wealth managers, academics and strategic thinkers. As Structured Products become increasingly popular with UK IFAS, the board will help to take Hilbert forward with our European Strategy which is why I’m delighted that Hein and Andia have joined the team”, said founding partner Steve Lamarque.
Hein Donders said, “Structured Products are an intrinsic part of financial planning in France, I’m therefore thoroughly looking forward to working with Hilbert and the other members of the board in planning for the future.”
Andia Shtepani said, “Structured Products are a popular choice for investors in Luxembourg. The financial services industry here is both vast and diverse and so I look forward to working with Hilbert on both growing the business and helping to educate the public with a better understanding of the nature of Structured Products”.

About Hilbert Investment Solutions
The firm was established in 2012 by former Old Mutual head of structured products Steve Lamarque to specialise in cross asset, structured solutions covering equities, rates and commodities. The firm has offices in London.
It specialises in innovative, forward-looking investment solutions, often tailored to individual client needs. The team can design structures to meet a specific performance target, match a particular appetite for risk or satisfy environmental or social responsibility expectations.
